Please let me know what it says! I met a Monk a long time ago in my early teens, he gave me his book and wrote a chant that I should say to help me calm down or relax from the worries of life. Although ~ he never told me what it means. The chant I believe was Oo.Ah.Tee.Gah.Nga (or along those lines) Today with the use of technology I’m looking at a 1860 folio page to help me translate, but technology has changed and texts have changed with it.
